3 years I am posting my pictures online, some were published in books some in guide tourists books, some are used for CD covers, many are available as a photojournalism stories. 20,000 pictures has been taken and published in the past 2 years. more then 2 millions views all over the web.
I have used many of them as greeting cards after manipulating them, and recently i decided to open up am e-card center, a special system that will allow users fast and simple usage with my pictures.

je j'amais vendu une photo ici dans 4 annes je suis sure cette site, dont la question est theoretique
Il n'empêche que vous devriez avoir une autorisation pour commercialiser leur image. Je pense que le droit à l'image, ça doit être quelque chose de très connu pour quelqu'un qui se dit photographe, même si vous n'avez pas vendu. Elles sont en vente ces photos, et pour rester dans la légalité, il vaudrait mieux valoir une autorisation ou alors, les retirer de la vente.
oui un photo imprime demande le authorisation. si il ete vende en france ! mais 4 annes et auchun photo ete imprime ou vendre donc c'est une question theorethique
